"An amazing place for anyone to take a break from the frenzy of the world... It was amazing to hear about how our veterans benefit from the farm. I hope there are 1000s such places around the nation. I lost my 21 year old son in a car accident and I too was invited to go out regularly and "heal" - just sit on the farm, or get my hands dirty (which I love) and volunteer in one of the gardens. I think everyone in the community should be familiar with the VHF and support them; or if you need a break, hang out there in solitude or chat with some people who've been through tougher times than most of us can ever imagine."
